• Browse and purchase tickets for public events
• Create and manage events as a Host
• Manage your bookings and tickets as an Attendee

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refund eligibility is subject to the event organizer's refund policy, which is displayed on the event detail page before purchase.

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Hosts who create events on Momentro are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfilment of the event, and compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of Momentro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Momentro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
